My name is Rosa Stewart, and Dr. Bazak has been my doctor for the pass 20 years. I would just like to say that he has been a very caring person. Dr. Bazak works with you to understand what the problem is. I am a diabetic and he has given me the best treatment possible. I have had surgery on a bunion. Any new problems he has been able to give me comfort in my treatments. I find him to be a great doctor with much concern for his patients. I would recommend him at any cost.
